A romantic and quiet little villa in Zurich's 6th district - with excellent connections to all ETH and university locations. All lecture halls, clinics, institutes and laboratories can be reached in 10-20 minutes by foot, car, bike or public transport. There is also a parking space in front of the house.
Small student villa near the university
The older house is located in a residential area with gardens and lots of green - but only a few steps away from public transport and shops.
A few minutes through the forest slightly above and you have a great view of Zurich, you can jog or hike.
Restaurants, doctors, pharmacies and much more are within walking distance.
Centrally located in the university district
The university and the ETH as well as the university hospital are within walking distance. The tram and night bus leave a few meters from the house. You can also get to the train station and the airport very quickly by public transport.
Zurich is also a cycling city - from the house you can reach almost all quarters in 5-20 minutes by bike - whether for studies, in the evening when going out or for sports.
Quiet rooms
7 cozy rooms are spread over 3 floors. A common room, laundry room and party room are available to all. Baths / sinks and toilets are located on the floors or in the room and in the basement for shared use.
